Hartman will replace Joe Guith, who has been appointed president of McAlister&rsquo;s Deli. McAlister&rsquo;s Deli and Cinnabon are both subsidiaries of Focus Brands.

Hartman joined Focus Brands in 2012 as vice president of marketing after 16 years working for Burger King. She most recently served as senior vice president of brand marketing strategy. As brand president, Hartman will leverage her experience contributing to Cinnabon&rsquo;s evolving identity and brand positioning to guide the franchise&rsquo;s overall brand strategy.

As quoted in QSR, Focus Brands COO and President, North America Kat Cole said, &ldquo;We are thrilled to have Kristen step into the role as President of Cinnabon. With her business expertise, love of the customer and passion for the brand teams, we are excited for her to lead Cinnabon through its continued growth.&rdquo;
