According to&nbsp;<a href="https://bit.ly/2IdPtvj?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=qsr-magazine-brusters-names-kim-ellis-vp-of-franchise-development-2706940" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" style="color:rgb(17, 85, 204)" target="_blank">a recent article in QSR Magazine</a>, the ice cream brand has appointed Kim Ellis to fill the role of VP of franchise development.&nbsp;

&ldquo;Kim has proven expertise in developing and executing successful franchise development plans. She has a passion for our brand and knows how to recruit franchisees who share that passion,&rdquo; said&nbsp;CEO Jim Sahene.

Ellis is a seasoned veteran of the franchise industry. Prior to accepting the role at Bruster&#39;s, she served in the same position for Snip-its Haircuts for Kids. During this time she was able to hone her skills at&nbsp;franchisee-recruitment best practices, and recruiting qualified franchisees.
