Watts previously worked with <a href="http://corporate.mcdonalds.com/content/corpmcd/franchising/overview.html?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=qsr-magazine-growing-capriottis-names-dennis-watts-vp-of-real-estate-2706001" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">McDonald&#39;s</a>&nbsp;as an area real estate manager and&nbsp;most-recently with&nbsp;<a href="http://www.dapperdevelopment.com/?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=qsr-magazine-growing-capriottis-names-dennis-watts-vp-of-real-estate-2706001" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Dapper Companies</a>&nbsp;in their&nbsp;commercial real estate division. In his role, Watts will focus&nbsp;on shortening the real estate process for new franchisees and help to create more efficient&nbsp;systems overall.&nbsp;

&ldquo;In the fast-casual dining space, Capriotti&rsquo;s continues to stand out amongst the rest with their quality products and team of dedicated individuals,&rdquo; says Watts. &ldquo;I am thrilled to be a part of such a genuine brand and have the opportunity to help the company grow in the years to come.&rdquo;

The sandwich franchise currently has 100 restaurants&nbsp;across the U.S. and is planning a large international&nbsp;expansion which includes a goal to expand to 500 locations by 2025.&nbsp;
