QSR Magazine: Growing Capriotti’s Names Dennis Watts VP of Real Estate

Today QSR Magazine announced that Capriotti's, the Las Vegas-based sandwich franchise, has hired Dennis Watts as their new Vice President of Real Estate. Watts previously worked with McDonald's as an area real estate manager and most-recently with Dapper Companies in their commercial real estate division. In his role, Watts will focus on shortening the real estate process for new franchisees and help to create more efficient systems overall. 

“In the fast-casual dining space, Capriotti’s continues to stand out amongst the rest with their quality products and team of dedicated individuals,” says Watts. “I am thrilled to be a part of such a genuine brand and have the opportunity to help the company grow in the years to come.”

The sandwich franchise currently has 100 restaurants across the U.S. and is planning a large international expansion which includes a goal to expand to 500 locations by 2025.
