The list continues to grow of dietary trends including gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan and dairy-free. For those who follow these diets, going out to eat gives these consumers the power to veto vote what they do not eat. Being able to offer a variety of options for those consumers is now key to getting more traffic in your restaurant.
