Rachel's Kitchen is looking to grow outside of its home in Las Vegas. According to a recent article in QSR Magazine, the brand is targeting Salt Lake City as the next market for growth. In the next five years, the company hopes to open up to five restaurants.

“We see many visiting customers from Salt Lake City in our Las Vegas restaurants. It just made sense to bring Rachel’s Kitchen closer home to those guests. We are pleased with the recognition Rachel’s Kitchen has garnered in Nevada and we look forward to the opportunity to see similar acclaim in Utah," said CEO Debbie Roxarzade.

In addition to serving up a diverse menu, the brand also takes pride in its community involvement. Roxarzade said that Rachel's Kitchen plans to continue these philanthropic efforts in each new community where it grows.
