Today,&nbsp;<a href="https://sonicfranchises.com/?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=qsr-magazine-sonic-launches-first-fast-food-mushroom-blended-burger-2705750" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Sonic&nbsp;Drive-In</a> introduced a new burger created in partnership with the Mushroom Council, the&nbsp;Sonic Signature Slinger. <a href="https://www.qsrmagazine.com/news/sonic-launches-first-fast-food-mushroom-blended-burger?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=qsr-magazine-sonic-launches-first-fast-food-mushroom-blended-burger-2705750" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">QSR Magazine</a>&nbsp;detailed that the one-of-a-kind burger&nbsp;is made with 100-perfect pure beef blend, mushrooms and seasoning and starts at just 350 calories. The menu addition capitalized on the rise in mushroom consumption&nbsp;due to the vegetable&#39;s many health benefits.&nbsp;

&ldquo;The Signature Slingers is a first-of-its-kind fast food cheeseburger, which delivers the juicy savory deliciousness you expect from a burger in a way that makes you feel like you&rsquo;re getting away with something,&rdquo; says Scott Uehlein, vice president of product innovation and development for Sonic. &ldquo;Adding mushrooms right into the burger patty amps up the incredible flavors of the 100-percent pure beef and seasonings you get in each bite. This burger truly raises the bar for every other restaurant.&rdquo;

Guests can enjoy the burgers beginning Monday, March&nbsp;5.&nbsp;
