Beef ‘O’ Brady’s is getting ready to enter the fast-casual fray with a new concept called Beef’s Express.

Beef ‘O’ Brady’s CEO Chris Elliott and longtime franchisees Joe Bullara and Don Bosko spoke with QSR Magazine to discuss the new concept and what it means for the ever-changing fast-casual industry.

According to Elliott, Beef’s Express will offer a few differentiating factors not seen in other fast-casual restaurants: namely, an 8-seat bar and the inclusion of chicken wings.

“We’re known for our wings, and no one else is really doing wings in a fast-casual format. So we’re basically taking the essence of what’s the best in Beef’s—what we know customers love most—and that’s what it’s going to be in fast casual,” Elliot told QSR.

The first Beef’s Express is set to open in Lakeland, Fla. in mid-to-late August, and will appeal to on-the-go Millennials who want a great meal quickly.

According to Bosko, “Millennials want to get in and out faster and still have a high-quality meal experience.”
