The New York-based brand opened their first restaurant just two years ago, and already it has secured contracts for dozens of new locations.

Pok&eacute;works&#39; rapid expansion is due in part to the unique appeal of its concept, an assembly-line fast-casual restaurant serving fresh Hawaiian pok&eacute; dishes. Consumer enthusiasm for the photogenic menu has helped the brand establish a footprint in some of the most lucrative food markets across the country, including Manhattan, Boston, Houston and Chicago.
