The franchise,&nbsp;which&nbsp;<a href="https://www.qsrmagazine.com/news/rise-biscuits-donuts-inks-mult-unit-deal-southern-california?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=qsr-rise-biscuits-donuts-inks-mult-unit-deal-for-southern-california-2706608" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">QSR&nbsp;Magazine</a>&nbsp;recently called&nbsp;the nation&#39;s fastest-growing biscuits and donuts chain, now&nbsp;has&nbsp;over 160 units in development across the U.S. Recently, franchise veteran Bill&nbsp;Propster&nbsp;signed a multi-unit deal to expand the franchise throughout San Fernando Valley and Ventura County.&nbsp;

Fransmart&nbsp;is the franchise development company behind the brands&#39; expansion. The franchise is looking for experienced franchisees to introduce to brands&#39; unique&nbsp;biscuits and donuts to markets across the country.&nbsp;
