Layton has years of experience in the hospitality industry, most recently as the Director of Marketing for A. Marshall Hospitality. She has also won a number of accolades, including the Nashville Emerging Leader in the Hospitality and Tourism Category and the 2017 Women of Influence Award.&nbsp;

&ldquo;Rachel is a trained marketing professional with experience and a vision that will help further our team&rsquo;s desire to deliver an environment that combines extraordinary food with meaningful human connection,&rdquo; says Dan Simpson, CEO, Taziki&rsquo;s Mediterranean Cafe. &ldquo;She will be responsible for marketing-related strategy decisions at both a corporate level and local level for our franchisees.&rdquo;

The franchise currently has a presence in 17 states, recently&nbsp;opened&nbsp;its 84th restaurant in Idaho and looks forward to Layton helping&nbsp;Taziki&#39;s&nbsp;Mediterranean&nbsp;Caf&eacute;&nbsp;become a well-known brand.&nbsp;
