Burger restaurant, pizza chain both get their moment in the spotlight.

Checkers & Rally’s Restaurants Inc. took home the No. 1 spot for restaurant franchises in Franchise Business Review’s 2015 Top 50 Multi-Unit Franchises report, according to QSR Web. The company was also awarded the No. 3 spot overall in the Top 25 Brick & Mortar Opportunities listing.
QSR Web went on to report Checkers & Rally’s began 2015 with over 80 restaurant sites approved for development throughout the year. This is in addition to approving 10 new franchisees during the first two months of 2015.
Toppers Pizza also made a splash in the Top 25 Brick & Mortar Opportunities listing, with the second quarter of 2015 shaping up to be a big one for the Wisconsin-based chain.
