New <a href="http://www.zoupfranchise.com/?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=qsr-zoup-set-to-make-new-jersey-debut-9558" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Zoup!</a> franchisee Mark Barbour plans to open three locations in New Jersey over the next five years, and even more from there. A seasoned businessman, Barbour spent 34 years with a law firm in New York City and is a founder of the only adult recreational roller hockey league in Manhattan.

&ldquo;We&rsquo;re thrilled to introduce Zoup!&rsquo;s award-winning recipes to The Garden State,&rdquo; Barbour, who purchased the franchise rights with his wife, Alicia, told QSR. &ldquo;We look forward to spreading our passion for serving delicious handcrafted soups in a warm and welcoming environment with the people of Flemington.&rdquo;

&ldquo;We created Zoup! after discovering that really good soup is hard to find,&rdquo;said Zoup! founder and CEO Eric Ersher. &ldquo;Also, in talking to people, it became clear that there&rsquo;s something special about soup and the way it elicits thoughts of family, well-being and comfort for many people.
