Recordnet.com: Restaurant winging its way to Stockton

Wing Zone is spreading its wings and taking flight in The Golden State with the recent signing of the brand’s first California location.

Kristie and Werner Ehlers, Stockton locals, are excited to bring such a specialized menu to the area. Kristie spoke with Recordnet.com about Wing Zone and her new location.

“I think it’s [chicken wings] a hot commodity here in California,” she said.

Wings weren’t the only reason Kristie was drawn to the brand; she liked the overall menu because it has a variety of unique options.

“We decided it was a great concept,” she said. “We liked the variety of food they offer besides wings.”

Wing Zone has more than 100 locations nationwide and plans to continue its expansion.
