Recruiting Strategies: How To Find Better Talent

In this video, I'm going to share one of the most effective - yet commonly overlooked - recruiting strategies for hiring the most talented employees.

When you focus all of your recruiting efforts on online job boards, job fairs or hiring events, you will find those who are currently looking for a job (which of course is great and you should be doing this!).

However, sometimes the most talented employees are already employed elsewhere and not necessarily looking for a new position, so you’ll completely miss out on the opportunity to meet them if you are only doing things that are targeting those actively looking for a job.

Most restaurant owners, operators, HR leaders (and even recruiting experts) focus on recruiting strategies like placing job ads or searching for talent in the same places the rest of the world is looking (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
