Having lived here my entire life, I know the community and the market inside and out, which gives me a strong foundation as I build something here.1851: What did you do before franchising, and how did you decide franchising made sense for you?Patel:&nbsp;In my first role, I worked on implementing advanced business analytics strategies for a mobile ordering platform widely used in the hospitality industry. After that, I joined Boeing as a systems data analyst supporting the C-17 program here in my hometown. When I experienced a layoff at Boeing, it forced me to take a step back and really think about what I wanted long term. I went through rookie school to become a volunteer firefighter at age 50.
