OMAHA, Neb. — Right at Home, the industry-leading in-home care franchise with more than 750 locations across the United States and four other countries, was named to Entrepreneur’s 2026 Franchise 500, earning the No. 145 overall spot and ranking No. 2 in the senior care category. The brand moved up 73 positions from last year’s No. 218 ranking, underscoring strong performance across franchise growth, operational stability, and brand strength.
Now in its 47th year, the Franchise 500 is Entrepreneur’s most comprehensive franchise ranking, evaluating systems based on more than 150 data points, including unit growth, financial strength, fees, support, and brand power.
“Moving up more than 70 spots in one year — and ranking No. 2 in senior care — is a meaningful reflection of the work happening across our system,” said Jennifer Chaney, Senior Vice President of Franchise Development and Sales. “Our franchise owners are building strong, sustainable businesses, and our corporate team is focused on giving them the tools, technology, and support they need to do that well.”
Right at Home closed 2025 with steady, disciplined growth across its franchise system. The brand awarded 24 new territories during the year, completed approximately 22 resales and opened nearly 30 new offices nationwide. Much of that momentum was supported by continued investment in systemwide technology, including the rollout of a new CRM platform and a custom mobile app designed to streamline operations, onboarding, and training for franchise owners.
“We’re very intentional about how we grow,” Chaney said. “This recognition reinforces that measured expansion, combined with operational innovation, is resonating — not just with prospective franchisees, but within the broader franchise industry.”
The Franchise 500 ranking is widely viewed as a key benchmark for franchise performance and a trusted research tool for entrepreneurs evaluating franchise opportunities. Brands included in the ranking demonstrate resilience, adaptability, and long-term viability in a competitive marketplace.
“Right at Home continues to stand out because of its people-first mission and its commitment to supporting franchise owners at every stage,” Chaney said. “As we look ahead to 2026, our focus remains on finding mission-driven owners and expanding into communities where quality senior care is truly needed.”
