When they eat at Ruth&rsquo;s Chris, Cooper&rsquo;s Hawk wine club members will be able to bring wine from Cooper&rsquo;s Hawk into the Ruth&rsquo;s Chris restaurant and drink it without paying a corkage fee, according to the article.
