<p>The healthy, fast casual eatery, <a href="http://saladworksfranchising.com/?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=saladworks-looks-to-do-everything-bigger-in-texas-2867" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Saladworks</a>, is coming to Texas. </p>  <p>According to Jena Henderson, vice president of brand services for <a href="http://saladworks.1851franchise.com/?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=saladworks-looks-to-do-everything-bigger-in-texas-2867" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Saladworks</a>, after the company opened its first location in Irvin in mid-October, the response was so overwhelming that they decided to expand their reach. </p>  <p>While Texas as a whole is a great market for the food industry, Henderson believes that Saladworks has the most potential by entering the greater Dallas area due to its healthy restaurant culture. Henderson added that the company sees most of their traffic during the daytime hours, and their goal is to target the downtown scene&#8217;s business lunch crowd. </p>  <p>Founded in 1986, Saladworks is a unique restaurant concept, offering customers the ability to design their own entr&#233;e-sized salads with more than 60 ethically sourced ingredients chopped in-house daily. Customers can also choose one of 12 suggested &#8220;Signature Salads,&#8221; a variety of warm, filling soups or one of many sandwich options.
