The hamburger, cheeseburger, double cheeseburger, McDouble, Quarter Pounder with Cheese, Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese and Big Mac have been altered at all of the fast food chain&rsquo;s U.S. restaurants, according to the article. 

&ldquo;It has been a little bit of an effort,&rdquo; McDonald&rsquo;s USA president Chris Kempczinski said, declining to reveal how much this initiative cost, according to the article. &ldquo;We&rsquo;ve been working on this for over a year.&rdquo;
