<a href="https://www.shakeshack.com/?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=shake-shack-partners-with-grubhub-for-nationwide-delivery-2710646" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" style="text-decoration-line:none" target="_blank">Shake Shack</a> and <a href="https://www.grubhub.com/?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=shake-shack-partners-with-grubhub-for-nationwide-delivery-2710646" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" style="text-decoration-line:none" target="_blank">Grubhub</a> recently announced their partnership and plan to begin delivery services nationwide in the future, according to <a href="https://www.cnbc.com/2019/08/05/shake-shack-taps-grubhub-for-nationwide-delivery.html?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=shake-shack-partners-with-grubhub-for-nationwide-delivery-2710646" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" style="text-decoration-line:none" target="_blank">CNBC</a>.

Their collaboration is currently being tested in four locations: Morningside Heights in New York; the River North area in Chicago; Lingston, New Jersey; and Darien, Connecticut. While Shake Shack isn&rsquo;t a franchise, its partnership with GrubHub &ldquo;comes as major restaurant players are seeing key growth from delivery,&rdquo; the article said. Fast-casual chains such as McDonald&rsquo;s, Chipotle and Starbucks have also teamed up with various delivery services.

According to CNBC, the goal of this partnership is to enhance the customer&rsquo;s overall experience. Shake Shack CEO Randy Garutti believes communication between a restaurant and third-party delivery service is important for better guest appreciation, the article said.

With the first four pilot locations, Shake Shack will have &ldquo;access to tools to analyze performance or ordering trends, as well as Grubhub&rsquo;s enterprise support team,&rdquo; the article states.
