Arend has been a resident of the Dallas-Fort Worth area since 1986 and is excited about opening his first franchise in the metroplex.“After graduating from TCU, I worked for over 25 years in the advertising world before becoming a Realtor in 2015,” explained Arend. “Last year, in the middle of COVID, I was looking for a way to leverage my skill set to partner with a franchise opportunity and came across Showhomes.”Intrigued by the concept behind this home staging business, Arend reached out to learn more. While he didn’t think he stood a chance of getting a franchise in Dallas, a territory opened up. Now, Arend will serve as the first new franchisee for Showhomes in the Dallas-Fort Worth area."We couldn't be more excited to be partnering with John to bring Showhomes to the greater Dallas area," said Matt Kelton, COO for Showhomes.
