WESLEY CHAPEL, FL — Shuckin’ Shack, the 18-unit oyster bar franchise, is coming to Wesley Chapel this September with a location at 25026 Wesley Chapel Boulevard. Brad Harper, who is leading the charge, is a current Shuckin’ Shack Owner as well as a Franchise Owner with multiple other restaurant brands and decades of experience. The soft opening will be September 11th, and the grand opening will be September 16th, featuring an opening day celebration.

With 28 years of experience in the restaurant business and ownership of 10 restaurants across the Southern Florida region, Harper has built a strong network of high-performing restaurant locations. When he began considering investing in additional franchise restaurants, Harper visited a South Carolina Shuckin’ Shack. As a guest, he witnessed the relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere, chose to speak with the corporate team and ultimately was confident in signing a three-unit franchise agreement. The Wesley Chapel location will be the second of the three.

“I opened my first location in Ocala and we have seen great success so far,” said Harper. “I was confident in the Shuckin’ Shack model when I signed my initial franchise agreement, but the performance of the Ocala restaurant over the past year lends additional assurance and excitement as I open up the Wesley Chapel location.”

As the demand for fresh, sustainably sourced seafood continues to rise, Shuckin’ Shack’s popularity follows. With a seafood-focused menu, the brand offers a dining experience far beyond what the average consumer prepares at home, coupled with a laid-back atmosphere.
