Sinelli Concepts Expands Portfolio

Which Wich parent company, Sinelli Concepts, has announced that it purchased Paciugo Gelato Caffe. According to a recent article in Fast Casual, the brand gains control of 32 locations as a result of the acquisition. This will serve to further expand the Sinelli Concepts portfolio, which currently is responsible for over 500 restaurants across the nation.

"Our team is looking forward to sharing the Paciugo experience in even more markets in the years ahead. I am proud of my roots here in Dallas and excited to invest in growing this Dallas-based company and supporting the men and women who make up the Paciugo system," said Which Wich CEO Jeff Sinelli.
