Buffalo Wings & Rings is looking to expand in Sioux City, and the Sioux City Journal spoke with chief development officer Philip Schram about the growing brand and their plans for the area.

The article mentions the great success the brand has seen in the Midwest, and discusses the current search for franchisee partners to help facilitate new expansion.

Said Schram to the Journal, “We are a franchise-based company, so we are looking for franchisees and we are already advertising. Right now, we are in site selection in Iowa City and in Minnesota in Mankato and we are looking for a site in Sioux Falls, so as you can see we are advertising and looking for franchisees all (in) this area.”

The piece describes the Buffalo Wings & Rings menu in detail, and lays out the financial requirements for prospective franchisees.

Said Schram, “Typically, when we find a franchisee, then we go site selection — it takes about six months — and then another six months for construction itself, so we may be a year and a half out before opening the restaurant."
