Slim Chickens Grows in Oklahoma, Brings Better Quality Chicken to Stillwater

Slim Chickens, a leader in the “better chicken” segment of fast-casual restaurants, will be expanding its fresh chicken and unrivaled flavor to Stillwater, Oklahoma. The corporate-owned restaurant is located at 1011 N. Boomer Rd. and opened on March 23.

The 2,922-square-foot store is the prototype being used for aggressive national expansion and is one of 15 new restaurants slated to open in the next 12 months across the country. The brand has seen great success in the last several years, expanding from Arkansas into Texas, Oklahoma, Missouri and now Nebraska, and emerging as a national player to establish fast-casual dining’s “better chicken” segment.
