<div id="pastingspan1"><span style="">Amid growing optimism surrounding the job market, U.S. small business confidence rebounded from a two-year low in April, which supports the general consensus that the economy is getting stronger and continues to gain momentum.  </span></div><div id="pastingspan1"><span style=""><br /></span></div><div id="pastingspan1"><span style="">Fox Business reported that on Tuesday, the National Federation of Independent Business said its small business optimism index increased one point to a 93.6 mark last month. </span></div><div id="pastingspan1"><span style=""><br /></span></div><div id="pastingspan1"><span style="">According to the index, small business owners reported an increase in hiring, but many still struggle to find ideal candidates for open positions.
