After bringing on a new CMO to kick off a rebrand earlier this year, Smoothie King is adding to its leadership team again. The Dallas-based franchise brand announced that it has hired Chris Andrews as its new Chief Information Officer, replacing Adam Zeitsiff in the role.

According to a recent article in Nation’s Restaurant News, Andrews joins Smoothie King after occupying IT roles at On The Border Mexican Grill and Chuck E. Cheese parent company CEC Entertainment Inc. Most recently, Andrews served as CIO at Pei Wei Asian Diner. According to the article, he will be tasked with guiding the brand’s technology strategy and developing its digital infrastructure.
