Paul Flick, CEO of Premium Services Brands, discusses multi-brand franchise systems.

In a recent podcast with Social Geek Radio, Paul Flick, CEO of Premium Service Brands, explained why franchises benefit from working under a multi-brand company.
Premium Service Brands is a leader in home services franchise opportunities with a brand portfolio that includes 360º Painting, ProLift Garage Doors, Maid Right, and more.
On the podcast, Flick answered questions about leveraging happy customers to better serve a customer base and what kinds of team members and skill sets are critical for this structure.
“Customers are looking for that consistency — that once it's done, you're going to follow through with that service,” said Flick. “So, there is a lot more demand for home services. Being part of a multi-brand franchise allows you to have those tools. To structure the platform for franchisees to succeed. From a franchisor's standpoint, we can leverage the end user. The same person that’s going to have a company paint their house is the same customer who will have someone clean their home or do handyman work.”
According to Flick, multi-brand companies create a mutually beneficial system for everyone involved.
