Pirtek, the national hydraulic hose replacement franchise, expands to South Florida.

Pirtek USA has returned to the company’s founding family, with Glenn Duncan, son of Pirtek founder Peter Duncan, successfully completing a buyout of majority control of the American arm of the company. This acquisition will allow Pirtek USA to benefit from additional resources held by the company’s international locations, as well as streamline operations for franchisees in the U.S.
“You can’t buy this stuff online,” he said. “There’s competition around town but few have mobile service."
The brand has 52 locations nationwide. Each location begins with 3 vans and 5 employees.
