South Florida Business Journal: WORKOUT ANYTIME Eyes Miami for Expansion

WORKOUT ANYTIME* is ready to start a big expansion in South Florida. The Atlanta-based chain opened will open its first South Florida location in Homestead, FL in late-April, kicking off plans for an even larger development plan in the market.

"We're scheduled to open 50 units this year," Randy Trotter, VP of Development for WORKOUT ANYTIME told the South Florida Business Journal reporter. "Out of the 50, 15 would be in Florida."

Jerry Pugh is the owner of the Homestead, FL location. He has a goal of opening at least 20 locations himself across Southeast and Southwest Florida.

"When we get this gym open...we are going to look at other places like Florida City, Cutler Bay and other places that don't have a gym [for people] to work out," Pugh told the reporter. "We'll continue to look on the west coast of Florida."
