Buffalo Wings & Rings is looking to expand within Springfield, Ohio but is still on the search for a franchisee of the first location in Springfield. Chief Development Officer Philip Schram said that the restaurant is also on the search for a location.

According to the Springfield News-Sun, Buffalo Wings & Rings just opened a location in Liberty Township and West Chester. Buffalo Wings & Rings is continuing to add locations and grow north of Cincinnati, where it is headquartered.

"If you look 50 to 70 miles around Springfield you start to see the density of restaurants we have all around," Schram said. "The fact that we're increasing the density means that eventually we will go to Springfield. We are very committed to this town."

While the company is looking for the right franchisee in Springfield, they aren't opposed to opening a company-owned location, said Schram. According to Schram the company is looking where majority of the restaurants are in Springfield which is the north portion of the city.
