Sunny Street Café, a 22-location breakfast, lunch and brunch brand, has announced the launch of its new winter limited time offer menu — which will be available until early March — including “It’s Your Birthday!” Pancakes; The Barbacoa Breakfast Tacos; The Barbacoa Dip; and a new coffee, Vanilla Cookie Cold Brew.Sunny Street has continued to craft the best pancake ideas, period. “It’s Your Birthday!” Pancakes are a stack of buttermilk pancakes filled with cookie crumbs, buttercream glaze and sprinkles.“We knew we had something special as we developed these birthday pancakes,” says Matt Stasko, Corporate Chef for Sunny Street Café. “When you watch someone take the first bite and their eyes light up, that’s what it’s all about.”Building upon its award-winning flavors, the brand also introduced The Barbacoa Breakfast Tacos, which feature slowly simmered barbacoa beef, melted cheese and egg on a griddled tortilla. The tacos are served with a side of the barbacoa broth for dipping.&nbsp;“The Barbacoa Breakfast Tacos are our riff on birria tacos,” Stasko said. “We wanted to make it approachable for our guests, but still pack in a ton of flavor. These tacos are currently my favorite item, and the response has been incredible.”Rounding out the menu is a Barbacoa Dip, utilizing the barbacoa in sandwich form, served on a chewy telera roll, with chimichurri, pickled onions, and a side of broth for dipping.As for specialty coffee, Sunny Street has a Vanilla Cookie Cold Brew.
