Survey Links Brand Performance With Franchisee Satisfaction
Brands with lower satisfaction saw a decline in unit growth a nearly double the turnover results.
The results of the 2018 Annual Franchisee Satisfaction Study from Franchise Business Review show a clear link between overall brand success and franchisee satisfaction. According to a recent article on Franchising.com, the survey was composed of data pulled from over 23,000 franchisees from 180 different brands.
Franchise Business Review said that for tracking satisfaction, "It's about achieving a franchise company's strategic and financial goals. Satisfaction is dependent on how franchise owners' experiences compare with their expectations."
The survey found that brands with higher levels of satisfaction saw exponentially higher results from a brand performance perspective. Brands with lower satisfaction saw a decline in growth a nearly double the turnover results.
