The results of the 2018 Annual Franchisee Satisfaction Study from <a href="https://franchisebusinessreview.com/?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=survey-links-brand-performance-with-franchisee-satisfaction-2707560" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" style="text-decoration:none" target="_blank">Franchise Business Review</a> show a clear link between overall brand success and franchisee satisfaction. According to a recent article on <a href="https://www.franchising.com/articles/fbr_survey_puts_numbers_to_franchisee_satisfaction_and_brand_performance.html?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=survey-links-brand-performance-with-franchisee-satisfaction-2707560" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" style="text-decoration:none" target="_blank">Franchising.com</a>, the survey was composed of data pulled from over 23,000 franchisees from 180 different brands.

Franchise Business Review said that for tracking satisfaction, &quot;It&#39;s about achieving a franchise company&#39;s strategic and financial goals. Satisfaction is dependent on how franchise owners&#39; experiences compare with their expectations.&quot;

The survey found that brands with higher levels of satisfaction saw exponentially higher results from a brand performance perspective. Brands with lower satisfaction saw a decline in growth a nearly double the turnover results.
