Taco Bell Brings Back World Series "Steal a Base, Steal a Taco" Promotion

Taco Bell has announced that it will be bringing back the “Steal a Base, Steal a Taco” promotion for this year’s World Series. According to a recent article in QSR Magazine, this deal offers everyone across the nation one free Doritos Locos Taco after the first base is stolen.

“We’ve created a fun tradition for our fans with Taco Bell and the ‘Steal a Base, Steal a Taco’ promotion. It makes for a unique moment every year during the World Series and certainly the fans will have their eyes on the first stolen base of the Fall Classic,” said MLB Executive VP of Commerce,  Noah Garden.

In addition, the brand is partnering with MLB trading card company Topps to create exclusive cards featuring the Taco Heroes, players who have stolen the first base in previous years. These will be available in stores across the nation. Taco Bell will also be selling commemorative caps for the occasion. The purchase of a cap will include a six-pack of Taco Hero trading cards.
