Instagram is switching up its classic, simple feed with a new announcement. According to a <a href="https://techcrunch.com/2017/02/22/instagram-carousels/?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=techcrunch-instagram-lets-you-post-up-to-10-photos-or-videos-as-one-swipeable-carousel-10605" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">recent TechCrunch article</a>, the photo sharing app is launching the ability to share a mix of up to 10 photos or videos as a single carousel post that users can swipe through to view. This Instagram albums feature will be introduced globally on iOS and Android over the next few weeks.

The brand is excited to give users the opportunity to share more than just the highlights and to take the pressure off of posting only one perfect photo. Users will be able to edit up to 10 photos and videos separately or apply one filter for all, then choose which order they should appear in and tag other users if needed.

The entire post&nbsp;will receive one caption and one space for likes and comments, and friends will see blue dots next to posts in order to show that it&rsquo;s a carousel post.

&ldquo;You no longer have to choose the single best photo or video from an experience you want to remember,&rdquo; wrote Instagram.
