The Fremont Tribune: Buffalo Wings & Rings Eyes Nebraska for Growth

The full-service concept plans for development in the state with existing successful locations in Lincoln and Omaha

Buffalo Wings & Rings is looking to expand in Nebraska. With current franchise locations in Lincoln and Omaha, the next natural progression is to find a market in a sustainable, nearby town. The Fremont Tribune recently spoke with Chief Development Officer of Buffalo Wings & Rings Philip Schram about the brand and the expansion plans.

“Nationwide we are very successful in cities in the 25,000 to 40,000 (people) range,” Schram told Fremont Tribune reporter Sam Pimper. “It serves us well and gives us the visibility that we want and need. When you look at where Fremont is located it would form a triangle between Lincoln and Omaha.”

The article details the differences between Buffalo Wings & Rings and other wing-focused restaurants. It lets readers know what kind of elevated food and customer service the restaurant provides.

“Typically at restaurants like this, people go much more for the atmosphere and typically the food is not great," Schram said. "We buy superior ingredients, the meals are served on china with silver wear and there really is a different feel with what we do.”
