According to The Fresno Bee, the brand currently operates seven restaurants in the Valley and is aiming for an additional two or three in greater Fresno.&nbsp;

Togo&#39;s VP of Franchise Sales Mike Norcup noted that a local operator is looking at sites in areas such as&nbsp;Hanford, Lemoore and Porterville.
