Hala Habal transitioned her background in traditional media into a position with <a href="http://www.whichwich.com/?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=the-huffington-post-hala-habal-of-which-wich-dives-deep-into-her-background-11948" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Which Wich Superior Sandwiches</a> as the Vice President of Corporate Communications. Habal credits her experiences in a fast-paced newsroom to help to build all the skills that someone in a leadership position could need.

To succeed in a role in corporate communications,&nbsp;Habal expands on the importance to learn how to write well and how she has been able to help create a voice that is unique to the Which Wich brand that resonates with those they serve and those within the company.&nbsp;

Habal comments how Which Wich offers flexibility for her to be able to spend time with her family and focus on being a mother. She says that some of her best work is done after&nbsp;midnight&nbsp;at her kitchen table.

As for the future of Which Wich, Habal notes that it has been incredible to watch the brand grow, and she looks forward to helping to continue to grow the brand and bringing Which Wich to more areas around the U.S. and across the world. She also comments on enjoying seeing franchisees succeeding and being able to give back in local communities where Which Wich can really make a difference.
