The IFA Joins the Visit U.S. Coalition to Promote International Travel and Boost Business

More people visiting franchise businesses in the U.S. will lead to growth and the creation of new jobs.

International travel to the U.S. is essential for the country’s economy. When more people are visiting, there’s more economic activity at restaurants and businesses. That’s why the International Franchise Association has announced that it has joined the Visit U.S. Coalition in an effort to boost this type of travel. The coalition is made up of a group of organizations and industries who are united in their mission to boost travel and create jobs.

In a press release published by the IFA, president and CEO Robert Cresanti said, “Travelers to the U.S. are significant customers at the nearly 766,000 franchise businesses across America including restaurants, hotels, retail products and services, business services and personal services. Boosting travel to the U.S. will help increase economic output in the $674 billion-dollar franchise industry and we are excited to be involved in the Visit US Coalition which will help the franchise industry continue its proven track record of creating jobs.”
