The Lost Cajun has reported a very successful year in 2017. According to a recent article in Food Newsfeed, the brand attributes this positive growth to the introduction of its franchise program. The brand has announced plans to channel the momentum built in 2017 by opening at least 11 new locations in 2018. This will mean a growth of 450 percent.

“Since launching our franchise opportunity in 2013, The Lost Cajun has focused on developing the necessary systems to reach its full potential within the full-service restaurant industry. To that end, The Lost Cajun has seen tremendous growth within the last seven years. We anxiously look forward to carrying this momentum throughout the remainder of 2018 and beyond,” said CDO Richard Leveille.
