I love these towns. There are not a lot of people do what we do, and we feel we will fill a really good niche,&#8221; he said. &#8220;We are a casual place but this is where business deals will happen, where bridal showers will happen, and where soccer moms will hang out."</span></div><div id="pastingspan1"><span style=""><br /></span></div><div id="pastingspan1"><span style="">For local franchise owner Nasser Jarrah, it was love at first taste.</span></div><div id="pastingspan1"><span style=""><br /></span></div><div id="pastingspan1"><span style="">&#8220;One day my wife and I went to lunch at the Famous Toastery in Cary. I was very impressed with the food, the service and the upbeat atmosphere. We started talking about it &#8212; about owning our own location &#8212; on the spot,&#8221; he said. &#8220;We had been looking for an opportunity. The nature of my previous job required a lot of travel. I wanted to get off the road, and the Toastery was very impressive.&#8221;</span></div><div id="pastingspan1"><span style=""><br /></span></div><div id="pastingspan1"><span style="">Though he is a first-time restaurant owner, Jarrah brings with him 30 years&#8217; experience in the industry. His wife, May, has partnered in the operation and also served as chief artist and interior decorator for the sun-filled space along Morganton Road.</span></div><div id="pastingspan1"><span style=""><br /></span></div><div id="pastingspan1"><span style="">&#8220;We are very excited. It is a different experience owning your own business and being able to execute to the level that you really want to.
