The Bossier City DQ Grill &amp; Chill&#174; is scheduled to open in August, with another location set to open in October. The Grill &amp; Chill model offers a different experience, including covered patios and temperature control fans. Franchisee Michael Quarles will be opening the new locations in Shreveport-Bossier City, and has three currently operating in Monroe, West Monroe, and Ruston. "Shreveport's humongous - it's a big area with different markets all through Shreveport and Bossier and I'm just trying to get in the markets where we aren't located and give everybody a taste of Dairy Queen." "We have a fair price and I feel it's going to be a hit over there. All the kids come in their baseball, football or softball uniforms, and for all the kids we give out a free small cup if you come in your uniform at my locations," Quarles said.
