The Verge: Facebook Rolls out GIF-Supported Polls Feature to Web and Mobile Apps

Users and marketers can get instant feedback in new engaging polls on Facebook.

Facebook is giving brands and people the ability to quickly poll their fans and friends. According to a recent article from The Verge, the social network introduced a GIF-supported poll feature for users to ask votable questions as a status on web, iOS and Android apps.

The company is following its fairly new Instagram Stories feature, which introduced polling stickers last month. A polling feature was previously a part of Facebook back in 2007 without GIFs and photos but was eventually removed. This recent move follows Facebook’s acquisition of the polling startup tbh back in October.
