Tide Cleaners is franchised by Agile Pursuits Franchising, Inc., a subsidiary of Procter & Gamble. The company was incorporated in 2008 and began offering Tide Cleaners franchises in 2009.
The brand operates under the globally recognized Tide name, offering premium dry cleaning, laundering and garment care services through a standardized system of proprietary processes, products and technology.

Initial Costs: The initial investment range required to begin operation of a Tide Cleaners franchise ranges from $709,700 to $1,505,800 for a plant store, $697,500 to $2,517,300 for a central plant store, $119,200 to $529,800 for a drop store and $40,320 to $124,050 for a virtual store.

Initial Franchise Fee: The franchise fee for the first Tide Cleaners outlet developed (which will be a plant store) is $50,000. The fee for subsequent outlets is $30,000 for plant stores or central plant stores and $20,000 for drop stores or virtual stores. The fee is payable in two installments: 50% due at the signing of the franchise agreement and 50% due on the opening date of the business.
The franchisor offers a 50% discount on the initial franchise fee for qualifying U.S. military veterans and women business owners opening their first outlet.
Ongoing Fees: According to the 2026 FDD, Tide Cleaners franchisees are responsible for the following recurring fees:
