Success Franchising broker Adrienne Leigh never grows tired of helping entrepreneurs find their calling. “I really just enjoy people,” Leigh said. “I’m very curious about them. For me, it’s a lot of fun to figure out what makes them tick and what would be a good fit for them.”

Part business advisor, part psychologist, Leigh counsels people who are thinking about franchising to do their research and avoid overthinking it at first. “Get out there and explore,” she said. “A lot of us let our fears stop us or our misconceptions hold us back.”

For Leigh, winning is taking the journey, wherever that may lead. “For some people, deciding not to invest in the franchise is a real win,” she said. “And for other people, it’s finding the right franchise. My favorite win is when it’s a success for both the franchisor and the franchisee.”
