“Once you’ve been in the franchising industry for a while, you tend to think you have everything figured out,” said Esterline. “That is why I get so excited when I try something new and it ends up being successful. Whether it be how I communicate with prospects or the tools I use, when I am able to make a positive change in my practice and move the needle a little bit more, I get excited. I know I am going to close deals, but I want to make incremental changes to be a better broker. If I can continue to adapt and make a positive influence on my business, that is the biggest win of the day.”
