According to&nbsp;Director of Franchise Development Chris Falle,&nbsp;<a href="http://dairyqueen.1851franchise.com/?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=toronto-star-international-dairy-queen-inc-prepares-for-expansion-in-the-greater-toronto-area-11427" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Dairy Queen&rsquo;s</a> Grill &amp; Chill concept has plans to more than double in the GTA over the next several years.

The article also quotes&nbsp;Robert Carter, executive director of food service at market research firm NPD Group, who said that Dairy Queen&#39;s Grill &amp; Chill model expansion is a great move for the brand.

Said Carter, &ldquo;They&rsquo;re getting good traction with the Grill &amp; Chill concept and it&rsquo;s helping to drive sales.&quot;
