Transom Capital Acquires WellBiz Brands, Backing the Platform’s Next Stage of Expansion
The operationally focused private equity firm will invest in systems, infrastructure and franchise growth across WellBiz’s brand portfolio.
WellBiz Brands, the multi-brand beauty and wellness franchising platform, has been acquired by Transom Capital Group, according to a recent press release. Boxwood Partners advised on the transaction. WellBiz was previously backed by KSL Capital Partners. The deal positions WellBiz to continue scaling its portfolio of category-leading brands while strengthening infrastructure and franchisee support.
