The better-breakfast concept, which is currently amid rapid expansion in additional markets, serves breakfast and lunch items that are made fresh daily for an affordable price.&nbsp; 
 
&ldquo;We are at the highest level of affordable breakfast,&rdquo;&nbsp;Famous Toastery CEO &amp; Founder Robert&nbsp;Maynard told the Triad Business Journal.&nbsp;&ldquo;The best way to describe is that we&rsquo;re the antithesis of the greasy spoon.&rdquo;
