Just in time for Valentine’s Day, upscale restaurant The Charleston Grill has been named the most romantic restaurant in the U.S. by TripAdvisor “based on millions of reviews and opinions from its users,” according to an article on travelandleisure.com.

According to the article, Bertrand Jelensperger, senior vice president for TripAdvisor Restaurants said in a statement: "As Valentine's Day is the biggest date night of the year, we have surfaced a list of TripAdvisor diners' favorite romantic restaurants in America.

According to TripAdvisor via the article, one diner who posted to the app wrote “‘From the moment you walk through the door, you feel so special. The highly trained staff is amazing and willing to meet your every need. Such a classy place with classy food. This will stay on our list of top restaurants we've been to in the U.S.!’"

Visitors “simply must order the crab cake, foie gras, or the rack of lamb,” the article said.
